By abiding with our return policy, you are onboard with our unwavering dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

1. Customisation: We take pride in offering you the opportunity to create jewelry that is as unique as you are. Our customisation process allows you to choose the design, metal, and diamond specifications to suit your preferences. These personalised pieces are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, because they are tailored specifically to you, they may not be suitable for return or resale.

Exceptions to Our No-Return Policy

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to address them promptly. Please read our return policy carefully before reaching out to us. Parallel Vault will accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: We take every measure to ensure that our jewelry meets the highest quality standards. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage, and our customer support team will guide you through the return process, if eligible.

1. Wrong Item Sent: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with photographic evidence to prove the same. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and guide you on returning the incorrect item. 

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Return Approval and requesting a RA Number: Contact our Customer Service team (parallelvaultindia@gmail.com) to approve your return and provide you with a RA number for your return.

1. Package the Item: Securely package the jewelry along with all original packaging, certificates, labels, and documents. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

1. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team when you receive your RA number. Please ensure the package is adequately insured. Please note that Parallel Vault is not responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please hold on to the return shipping payment invoice as once the return package is inspected and approved, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs borne by you.

1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process your return.

Processing of Your Return and Shipping Amount

We offer two options for eligible returns:

1. Refund: You will receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-15 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

1. Exchange: You may opt for an exchange of the same item or a different item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel/change an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled/changed once production has begun. 

We may need to decline or cancel certain orders, and we retain the discretion to do so. This could occur for various reasons, including but not limited to limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product information, descriptions, or pricing, as well as issues with billing. Prior to accepting any order, we might request additional information or verification. You will be informed if we cancel your order or a portion of it, or if we need more information before proceeding. If your order is canceled after your debit/credit card has been charged, the billed amount will be refunded to your card account. The refund for a canceled order will be processed within 10-15 business days from cancellation. 

Address Change

An address change could be applied at any time before the order has been shipped. Please contact us directly at parallelvaultindia@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Warranty

All our jewelry is covered with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your purchase due to such defects, please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the matter. Please note, warranty is voided for items that have been serviced or altered by third-party jewelers.

• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Customized orders are crafted to your specifications and, therefore, may not be suitable for return or exchange.
• Lab-grown diamonds may have unique characteristics. Please refer to our diamond education resources or contact us for more information before making your purchase.
• Parallel Vault’s decision with regards to the refund and returns policy shall be final and binding and by continuing to order with Parallel Vault you agree, abide and acknowledge the same. You shall not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, etc. of whatsoever nature in that regard once Parallel Vault has informed you about its decision.
